All sales are final.
The only exception is damaged products due to our own error. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours at support@snoozley.com
If your product is damaged due to the error of the carrier, you must file a report with the carrier service directly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 days before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
